SUNNET Technology to Participate in ATD25, Showcasing AI Leadership Achievements for the Third Consecutive Year

SUNNET Technology will participate in the Association for Talent Development 2025 International Conference (ATD25), the most influential annual event in the global talent development industry, held from May 18 to 22, 2025. This marks SUNNET’s third consecutive appearance at the ATD annual conference—following San Diego in 2023, New Orleans in 2024, and this year in Washington, D.C.—demonstrating its ongoing innovation and long-term commitment to education technology, making it one of Asia’s few consistent contributors on the global stage.

This year, SUNNET will showcase its latest AI-powered cloud learning platform at Booth #924. On May 18, Dr. Hsu-Hung Huang, founder and CEO, will deliver a keynote titled “Intergenerational Leadership: Building Talent Teams Across Generations with EdTech and AI,” focusing on how AI can transform leadership models and foster a culture of intergenerational co-learning.

Bridging Generations Through Technology to Realize “Collective Insights”

In alignment with one of ATD25’s core themes, “Collective Insights,” SUNNET leverages AI-powered educational technology to build a platform that fosters understanding and dialogue across generations. By encouraging diverse perspectives and open communication, SUNNET empowers each generation’s experience and creativity to be seen, heard, and amplified—forming a collective intelligence to drive organizational progress.

At the conference, SUNNET will engage in in-depth conversations with HR leaders, learning development experts, and business consultants from around the world, sharing how technology can create spaces for open intergenerational dialogue. The goal: evolving from “managing differences” to “leveraging differences” and co-creating a smart leadership model.

AI-Driven Tools to Support Lifelong Learning

Echoing another core principle of ATD25, “Lifelong Learning,” SUNNET will present two AI educational technology platforms: XUMI and the TAN-JI Smart Analytics System. These platforms enhance contextual expression using AI, offering communication suggestions tailored to different generations and audiences, improving team interaction efficiency, and promoting collaboration and co-learning across age groups.

SUNNET will also share practical case studies from Taiwan-based companies, showcasing how regular team meetings, cloud-based feedback, and cross-level engagement have helped shape a learning-oriented organizational culture—making lifelong learning a sustainable goal.

Driving Innovation Toward a Collaborative Learning Future

Looking ahead, SUNNET will continue advancing AI and cloud education technologies to help enterprises build collaborative learning organizations, fulfilling its vision that “learning is the best path to creating a better future.”
