Karie Willyerd (Head of Strategic Engagements, GP Strategies)

講題：Change Is Changing : Leadership Strategies for the AI Era

From

🎙️ 1. Podcast

講者：John Cleave (Director of Systemic Solutions, SweetRush)、Carla Torgerson (Solution Architect, SweetRush)

講題：Microlearning & AI: Practical Approaches for High-Impact Learning

Direct the Future)」貫穿全場。

(Rich Media)

(Adaptive Microlearning)

(Dialogue-Driven Content)

(Realistic Simulations)

講者：Michelle Graham (Director of Learning & Development, Arrow Child & Family Ministries)、Haley Duff (Senior Instructional Design & Development Specialist, Arrow Child & Family Ministries)

（Visible work is fundable work）」這個說法尤其值得反思。

講師使用的策略是「建立信任與關係（Build Trust and Rapport）」與「慶祝里程與成果（Celebrate Milestones and Accomplishments）」。

他們有的可能是委員會式決策（Design by Committee）、過度配合型（Compliant Conformist）、抗拒改變型（Resistant to Change）。

在 2026 年 ATD (人才發展協會) 洛杉磯年會上，全球數位學習領域的傳奇開山鼻祖、經典教學軟體 Authorware 的創辦人 Michael Allen 博士，攜手其創立之 Allen Interactions 團隊（包括資深合夥人 Brandon Carson 與現任總裁 Christopher Allen），發表了一場震撼全場的實體個案示範演講：《Awesome eLearning Live: What Actually Works (and Why Most Doesn’t)》（精彩數位學習現場！

(7 Magic Keys to Motivation)

(Magic Keys)

Appealing Context (具吸引力的情境)

Asking Learners (主動詢問)

Challenge Adjustment (動態難度調整)

Role Play (角色扮演)

(Individualizing Experience)

(We will not waste one moment of a learner’s time)。」

(Performance Support)

開場演講基於其發行 26 年、歷經 6 次改版、全球暢銷逾 90 萬冊的經典管理著作《Love ‘Em or Lose ‘Em: Getting Good People to Stay》。

(Up is not the only way)。」

(My boss was a jerk)，我再也忍受不下去了。」

(Curiosity is the new currency)。」
